TRR Govt Degree College, Kandukur believes in the dictum of Swami Vivekananda- ‘Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man’. The college which made a humble beginning in 1966, has 10 UG programs and 3 PG programs now and is catering the needs of 767 students, mostly hailing from rural poor background. The college aims at excellence, and provides quality higher education to the students of this rural area.

 The performance of any institution, especially educational institutions, is to be viewed from its performance in various aspects. Several creative activities that include Curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are a part of our college. We strive for excellence by following innovative Student-Centric Teaching-Learning and Evaluation methods. The teaching staff with dedication, commitment-endowed with advanced skills and research temper contribute for the holistic development of the college in general and students in particular.

The college provides a good academic environment with adequate physical and digital resources which includes, ICT, library, e-resources, Digital and virtual Class rooms, sports facilities and eco -friendly campus. We lay special emphasis on student support services and skill development to transform the students into knowledgeable, skilful and all-round developed citizens.

    The college provides appropriate platforms for the students to showcase their abilities and tune up their skills and overcome the difficult situations that may arise in future. Our motto is to develop Self Confidence, Competitive spirit, Compassion among the students.
